Senior Engineer, Industrial Engineering Location: Beaverton, Oregon Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $111,093 - $143,400 per year Responsibilities Analyze data to identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership. Translate business requirements (cycle time, output goals, staffing optimization, etc.) into technical/project deliverables. Drive solution development, change management, and monitor department efficiencies to manage both long and short‑term customer delivery.

Develop, maintain and enhance key User Interface tools such as the capacity model, inventory optimization tools, and cycle‑time trackers. Review, analyze and challenge existing reports and commentaries and assist management to facilitate stakeholder’s requirements and deliverables. Prepare, analyze and present key operational metrics, performance against targets and trends to senior management, including improvement recommendations and solutions.

Coordinate and collaborate with key groups like IT, Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, and other site support groups to meet internal and external customer demand. Partner directly with manufacturing to optimize production for bottleneck toolsets and drive projects to increase efficiency. Qualifications Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or closely related technical discipline (foreign education may be accepted).

Two years of experience as an industrial engineer or related occupation enhancing manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, and performance reporting in industrial operations. Demonstrated Expertise (DE) in advanced data analysis using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA), SQL (complex queries, stored procedures), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau or similar tools to extract, analyze, and visualize production data. DE in Lean (VSM, 5S), Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Kaizen for continuous improvement to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and optimize workflows.

DE in control charts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, Little’s Law, and time‑motion studies to evaluate process stability, staffing needs and production standards. DE in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Pareto analysis, and downtime tracking to identify and resolve root causes of inefficiencies. DE in MES, APC and dispatch systems including FPS to manage production execution, control process parameters and schedule jobs based on real‑time data.
