Senior Engineer / Engineer – Customer Support & Applications

Key Responsibilities: Installation and commissioning of Automated Test Equipment at customer sites Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electronic systems and PCBs Conduct product demonstrations and customer training Assist customers with test procedures and diagnostic workflows Prepare service reports and support documentation Support AMC activities and service quotations Required Skills: Electronics troubleshooting and PCB diagnostics Test & Measurement Instruments Computer hardware and OS installation Strong communication and customer handling skills
