Senior Employment Solicitor - 5+ Years PQE
London | New Office | Regional Firm

A growing regional law firm is launching a new London office and seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to develop and grow its employment practice.

The Role:
\n * Advise both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters
\n * Handle a range of matters such as; Tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, and workplace policies
\n * Help shape and grow the London employment offering

You:
\n * 5+ years PQE in employment law
\n * Strong business development and client relationship skills, following would be beneficial but not essential
\n * Comfortable advising on both claimant and respondent matters
\n * Commercially minded and proactive, keen to build a practice with an established regional platform
