As a Senior Director of Engineering, you will lead the strategic vision and execution for a high-impact engineering organization, shaping the future of a customer-focused platform used globally.

You will be responsible for scaling engineering teams, defining technical strategy, and delivering innovative, reliable, and high-performance software solutions. Working closely with product, design, and cross-functional leaders, you will ensure that engineering initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with executive-level decision-making, enabling you to influence both team development and product success.

You will champion best practices, promote modern engineering processes, and guide multiple teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your leadership will help the organization navigate complex technical challenges while driving innovation in a fast‑growing environment.
