We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to generate qualified B2B leads for the USA market through digital marketing campaigns, content channels, video marketing, and online outreach.
This is a performance-focused role. The main responsibility is to build and manage digital channels that generate enquiries, qualified leads, and business opportunities. Job DescriptionDigital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for the USA market.
Generate qualified B2B leads through Google Search, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, YouTube, social media, Reddit, influencers, and other relevant digital channels. Build and manage the complete lead generation ecosystem, including campaigns, landing pages, forms, tracking, lead databases, and CRM updates. Identify target industries, companies, decision-makers, and customer segments.
Create and manage outreach campaigns for AI Solutions, AI Automation, AI Voice Agents, and Digital Transformation Services. Support video-based marketing through YouTube, LinkedIn videos, short-form content, and social media campaigns. Coordinate with content creators, video teams, and influencers where required to improve reach and lead generation.
Improve campaign messaging, targeting, landing pages, and follow-up flow to increase lead quality. Track leads, responses, enquiries, conversion opportunities, and campaign performance. Coordinate with management and partner teams to hand over qualified leads for sales follow-up.
Continuously test and improve channels based on data, response quality, and ROI. Experience in AI, SaaS, automation, software, or digital transformation marketing will be preferred. Hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns is expected.
