The role involves designing and developing high-quality software solutions, improving processes, and contributing to Agile methodologies. You’ll work with stakeholders to define requirements, mentor junior developers, and ensure software exceeds industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop software solutions.
Identify improvements for products and processes. Mentor junior developers and support recruitment/training. Champion Agile practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure high-quality software through code reviews and testing. Key Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python (Flask/FastAPI), Vue.js, microservice architecture, and related tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Passion for learning new technologies.
