Sprinklr has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Scientist to join the Enterprise Business Intelligence team. This role focuses on developing and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models to drive business insights, reporting, and product roadmap decisions. The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cross‑functional stakeholders to build data models, evaluate AI solutions, and ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of data science and AI solutions, starting with the engineering of the data model.
  • Develop and deploy predictive, recommendation, and other analytic models to provide timely insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and analysts within the BI team, and collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain an exceptional understanding of business KPIs and related processes to ensure model relevancy.
  • Continuously seek additional data points that can improve model accuracy and applicability.
  • Work with leaders, product engineers and UX researchers to transform qualitative data into quantitative data for recommendation models.
  • Communicate model impact in business terms to front‑line managers and executive leaders.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and interfaces using PowerBI to provide interactive access to model recommendations.
  • Leverage and test multiple advanced analysis methodologies (predictive, clustering, segmentation) to identify the most accurate approach.
  • Apply analytical rigor and statistical methods to large datasets, extracting actionable insights with techniques such as optimization, LTV, propensity models, etc.
  • Mentor team members on data and analytical projects, and support cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a field focused on building and maintaining machine learning models with thought leadership in data science.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, building and delivering AI/ML algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, time‑series forecasting, topic modeling, anomaly detection, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience articulating model value to business stakeholders and ensuring business‑driven outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake (Snowpark is a plus).
  • Advanced experience with Python, R, SQL, and related tools.
  • Experience working with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Consumption, and Operational data.
  • Experience building data visualization reports and dashboards for executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced presentation skills for communicating insights to executives and senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of data management, structures, ingestion, blending, transformation, and visualization techniques.

Compensation

$121,000 – $201,000 base salary, plus potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role. US‑based employees are eligible for a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) plan with 100% company match, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leave, and medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
