Position Overview

Senior Data Analyst reporting to the Lead Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering & Advanced Analytics
    • Serve as the trusted data partner for various business units.
    • Design strategic KPIs and build scalable dashboards on Looker.
    • Conduct advanced ad‑hoc analyses to support business decisions.
  • Data Pipeline Modeling & Optimization
    • Maintain and evolve the ETL pipeline using dbt and Snowflake.
    • Design new data models or refactor existing codebases following best practices.
    • Collaborate with engineering to integrate new data sources smoothly.
  • Mentoring, Excellence & Innovation
    • Act as a technical reference, coaching junior analysts.
    • Explore and implement AI‑augmented data tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in SaaS B2B or scale‑ups.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple business functions.
  • Technical leader experience, able to mentor without direct management.
  • Advanced SQL skills with performance tuning.
  • Production dbt experience – modelling, documentation and testing.
  • Looker LookML expertise; alternatively strong Tableau/Metabase/Lightdash background.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack (Airflow, Airbyte, Snowflake).
  • Interest or experience with AI‑augmented data tools.
  • Fluent in French and English.
