Senior Data Analyst - Remediation Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Hybrid working. Join us as a Senior Data Analyst (Remediation). You will play a key role in helping us put things right for our customers. You will use data to spot where outcomes may not have been fair or consistent, design and run analysis to identify issues and group impacted customers, and help drive the remediation process forward by working closely with teams across the business, coordinating activity and acting as a central point of contact to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also build and maintain tools (including VBA solutions) to support analysis, produce meaningful management information for governance, and help track performance. In addition to delivering remediation linked to internal incidents or client‑driven errors, you will look for ways to improve processes, systems and data to prevent future issues. You will take ownership of key documentation, controls and templates, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date and aligned with our standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing people together to get the right outcome. You will lead on more complex remediation activity, support the wider team through quality checks and step in for the Ops Risk Manager when needed, ensuring all work delivered is accurate and focused on delivering fair outcomes for customers.
