Position Overview. Are you the type of person who looks at 20 different spreadsheets, scattered Google Docs, and siloed team metrics and immediately starts figuring out how to connect them?

If so, we want you. We are seeking a BI & Operations Analytics Specialist to take complete ownership of our internal business data. Currently, our data lives across different teams, platforms, sheets, and text documents.

Your primary mission will be to audit this data ecosystem, clean it, merge it into a single source of truth, and build dynamic dashboards that give our leadership team real-time visibility into company performance, team efficiency, and business health. Location: Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₹1,50,000 INR per month (Commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities. Data Auditing & Consolidation: Collaborate with department heads (SEO, Tech, Creative/Branding, Finance, HR&Operation) to map out where their data lives.

Gather, clean, and structurally organize unstructured data currently sitting in scattered sheets, docs, and project management tools. Dashboard Creation & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain automated, intuitive dashboards (using Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) that track company-wide KPIs and team performance at a glance. Business Intelligence & Insights: Don't just report the numbers—analyze them.

Identify operational bottlenecks, tracking gaps, trends, and efficiencies to help executive leadership make data-backed strategic decisions. Process Automation: Replace manual data tracking with automated workflows where possible, reducing the time teams spend updating sheets and minimizing human error. Data Governance: Establish standardized data entry practices across teams to ensure that data remains clean, accurate, and structured moving forward.

Required Skills & Qualifications. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics, ideally within an IT agency, software company, or digital marketing environment. Advanced Spreadsheet Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Query functions, App Script/macros, and connecting disparate data sources).

Data Visualization Tools: Proven experience building clean, executive-ready dashboards using Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) , Power BI, or Tableau. Analytical Thinking: Ability to look at raw operational data and translate it into clear business narratives (e.g., tracking resource utilization, campaign ROI, or delivery timelines). Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills.

You must be comfortable interviewing team leads to understand their workflows and translating their data needs into technical structures. Self-Starter Mindset: High level of ownership. You will be building this data framework from the ground up, requiring minimal hand-holding to figure out the "how." What We Offer.
