We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts and Commercial Consultant to join our client's team in Dublin. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in NEC4 and PPP contract administration who enjoy working within a multidisciplinary environment. This is an excellent opportunity to shape major transport infrastructure projects over the long term.

โ‚ฌ50 per hour

Location and Working Pattern\n

Dublin, Ireland. 2-3 days per week on site driven by client requirements and subject to change.

Hours\n

37.5 per week

Contract Duration\n

5 years (with an option to extend by 7 years)

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Administer NEC4 and PPP contracts in line with project and client requirements
  • \n
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with the client, contractor team, internal stakeholders, and specialist consultants
  • \n
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and track commercial deliverables
  • \n
  • Provide oversight and reporting on operations and maintenance activities
  • \n
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain robust audit trails
  • \n
  • Support contract risk assessment and resolution activities
  • \n
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions to resolve commercial challenges
  • \n
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and progress reports as required
  • \n
Must-have Requirements\n
    \n
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in transport infrastructural projects
  • \n
  • At least 3 years' experience in oversight and monitoring of O&M (operations and maintenance) activities
  • \n
  • A Level 8 qualification under National Framework of Qualifications/QQI (or equivalent) in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering
  • \n
  • Full driving licence
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n

  • Demonstrated familiarity with large-scale multidisciplinary project environments
