Senior Consultant - SCCM/Endpoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft SCCM (MECM) Operating System Deployment (OSD) solutions.
• Create and manage SCCM Task Sequences for new deployments, refreshes, and migration projects.
• Build and maintain WinPE Boot Images and enterprise Windows reference images.
• Package, deploy, and manage hardware drivers for HP, Lenovo, and other OEM devices.
• Develop PowerShell automation to streamline deployment and imaging activities.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise deployment projects.
• Configure and maintain Distribution Points, Boundary Groups, and Content Management.
• Troubleshoot complex imaging, deployment, driver, and application installation issues.
• Analyse deployment logs including SMSTS.log, DISM logs, and Windows setup logs.
• Support MDT to SCCM migration initiatives.
• Perform BIOS configuration and firmware deployment for enterprise devices.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Workplace Services teams.
• Provide Level 3 support for critical endpoint deployment incidents.
