As we expand our practice, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team, someone who lives and breathes sales, understands the nuances of the FMCG landscape, and is ready to drive meaningful impact for our clients. This is a full-time position for a commercially sharp, execution-oriented professional with deep expertise in sales acceleration across the FMCG sector.
You will work closely with our clients to diagnose growth challenges, design go-to-market strategies, and lead implementation from channel development to distribution optimisation to team capability building. What we are looking for - 8+ years of experience in sales and commercial strategy within the FMCG industry - Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales functions - Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and channel dynamics - Experience with food & beverage brands and/or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) businesses is a distinct advantage - Ability to translate insight into action, you should be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in the field - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills What you will do - Lead client engagement end-to-end from scoping and diagnostics to strategy and execution - Develop sales acceleration frameworks tailored to client's category and growth stage - Identify distribution gaps, pricing opportunities, and channel optimisation levers - Build and mentor client-side sales teams where required - Contribute to thought leadership and the continued growth of our practice Why join us Delna Avari & Consultants is a boutique practice known for its hands-on, results-driven approach.
