Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Analyst (Mid-Level – Benefits & Compensation) We are seeking a mid-level Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in Benefits and Compensation modules to support and enhance our HCM suite. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in configuration, testing, and support, with the ability to independently manage functional tasks and contribute to implementation and enhancement initiatives. This role involves working closely with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of benefits programs and compensation cycles, while maintaining system integrity and user experience.
