Senior Construction Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role serves as the key liaison between clients, design teams, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment Oversee construction activities, inspections, and quality control Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project costs Identify and mitigate risks while resolving field issues efficiently Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports to clients Supervise and mentor project staff Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license required 15+ years of experience in civil construction (utilities, transportation, land development, or similar) Proven experience managing projects during the construction phase Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary: $110,000 – $165,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support
