This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in managing large-scale construction efforts while bringing deep electrical expertise to the table — especially in environments involving high-voltage systems and electrical infrastructure.
Does this sound like you?

If so, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a forward-thinking company grounded in our Colleague First Values.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle for large-scale MEP construction projects (often $5M–$20M+), with a strong emphasis on electrical systems
- Lead client communication, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor
- Establish and manage project scope, schedule, cost controls, cash flow, quality standards, and resource planning
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage systems where applicable
- Provide onsite management and verification of the project installation
- Drive project strategy, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and project teams — particularly electrical contractors — to ensure alignment with client goals and high-quality execution
- Deliver a Superior Client Experience while driving Financial Sustainability
- Build and expand long-term client relationships, contributing to business development efforts
- Mentor and develop project managers and team members, strengthening overall team capability
- Provide leadership in project planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
