Senior Compliance Analyst

The analyst will provide expertise in consumer privacy and information security laws, support compliance programs across the YMFC-US network, and participate in regulatory examinations and audits. Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of compliance-related programs and processes.

Monitor applicable legal and regulatory changes and advise first-line business units on implementation. Collaborate with SMEs within operations units to develop and update policies and operating procedures; maintain the policy library. Support second‑line monitoring and testing, identifying control gaps and overseeing remediation.

Assist in due diligence, corrective action plans, and department projects. Maintain files and records; prepare and conduct regulatory examinations and audits, coordinate responses, and report to senior management. Provide second‑line oversight of the customer complaint management process.

Support the administration of the compliance training program and other ad‑hoc training efforts. Perform other compliance‑related administrative duties as required. Qualifications AA or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field; CRCM and/or CIPP certifications preferred.

Minimum 6 years of compliance experience in a supervised financial institution. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong knowledge of federal and consumer financial regulations (TILA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, GLBA, CCPA/CPRA).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and executive‑level presentations. Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in a timely manner.
