Title: Senior Compensation Analyst Location: North Phoenix (85083) Compensation: $130K-$150K + Bonus! Position Overview: An advanced manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support a rapidly scaling, high‑technology operation in North Phoenix. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a compensation subject matter expert within a complex, fast‑paced environment supporting cutting‑edge innovation.

The Senior Compensation Analyst operates with minimal direction and plays a critical role in compensation design, governance, benchmarking, and compliance. The position partners closely with HR leadership, corporate stakeholders, and business teams to develop competitive, compliant, and scalable compensation programs. Key Responsibilities Lead complex compensation initiatives including market pricing, incentive design, job leveling, pay equity analysis, and cost modeling Build and maintain advanced Excel models to evaluate program alternatives, financial impact, and implementation scenarios Conduct annual market reviews and compensation benchmarking using industry compensation surveys Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven compensation recommendations aligned with business strategy Support organizational growth through compensation structure design and program enhancements Ensure compensation programs meet regulatory, audit, and governance requirements; maintain SOPs and supporting documentation Serve as a primary advisor on compensation design and partner with cross-functional and global teams as needed Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer across compensation delivery teams Leverage analytics and AI tools to improve reporting, insights, and operational efficiency Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including program design, benchmarking, survey participation, and implementation Strong knowledge of compensation governance, compliance, and audit practices Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data modeling, pivot tables, lookups; macros a plus) Excellent quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills Experience working with HCM systems (PeopleSoft preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multinational, high-growth manufacturing or advanced engineering environments CCP certification preferred (or actively in progress) Interested candidates please send resume to: [email protected] with the subject line Sr Compensation Analyst - North Phoenix
