Professional Membership: MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or MCICES (Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors), or actively working towards accreditation.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and NEC contract frameworks . Leadership: Proven line management experience , including team development and performance management. Coaching & Development: Demonstrated ability and desire to coach, mentor, and upskill team members .
Project Delivery: Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities. BTTC is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
