Senior CLO Operations Analyst (Chicago)

About the Firm: A top-tier credit asset manager with significant scale The Role This position partners across multiple internal teams on a broad set of responsibilities, including: • Leading reconciliation and preparation of monthly/quarterly servicer reports with fund trustees • Monitoring and tracking CLO compliance tests, ensuring pre-trade compliance prior to execution • Evaluating workflows and processes to identify efficiency improvements • Analyzing CLO performance to identify refinancing, resetting, and redemption opportunities • Collaborating with portfolio managers, traders, and other stakeholders on CLO portfolio management • Preparing detailed CLO metrics analysis and presenting findings to senior leadership • Supporting investor requests and marketing materials alongside portfolio management and business development teams Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • 2+ years of experience at a trustee/custodial bank or buy-side asset manager • Familiarity with CLO indentures and the broadly syndicated loan market • Advanced Excel proficiency; VBA, Wall Street Office, Bloomberg, and Everest experience a plus • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to independently drive projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Logistics • Chicago (Loop), hybrid 3 days in office
