Career path: clear promotion routes to Superintendent and beyondJob DetailsThe Electrical Foreman supervises 5–10 electricians on-site, ensuring installation quality, safety, and schedule performance across large industrial and commercial electrical projects. You'll act as the bridge between the field and project management while mentoring team members and maintaining compliance with the NEC and company safety standards.Core Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned crewsPlan, assign, and monitor electrical installation workRead and interpret blueprints and layout diagramsManage materials, equipment, and tools efficientlyConduct daily safety meetings and ORM reviewsComplete project logs, timesheets, and evaluationsCollaborate with Project Managers and SuperintendentsMentor apprentices and promote a safe, productive work cultureSchedule: Monday–Friday, typically 6 AM–6 PM; occasional nights/weekendsTravel: 60–75% (nationwide)Reports To: Electrical Superintendent / Project Manager??
