Senior Civil Engineer

Role: Senior Civil Engineer Location: Las, Vega, NV Duration: FTE Position Overview: As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will: Lead design staff and oversee all aspects of project design. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with local municipality staff to ensure compliance with local standards and regulations.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Lead and mentor design staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Contribute to business growth through industry connections and marketing efforts.

Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development. Professional Registration as a Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada. Familiarity with local municipality standards and processes.

Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and overseeing complex projects. Established relationships within the civil engineering community and experience in business development are highly desirable. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time.

Relocation to Las Vegas, NV 89120 required before starting work.
