Senior BI & Insight Analyst Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Remote (UK) A large UK organisation delivering training and apprenticeship programmes is looking for a Senior BI & Insight Analyst to join its growing Data & Automation team. This role sits within a small but high-impact data team and will focus on delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions, supporting stakeholders across the organisation with actionable insights that drive performance and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions Manage BI support requests including troubleshooting reports, managing access, and maintaining dashboards Support data modelling, reporting structures, and data quality improvements Deliver insights across areas such as sales performance, operational delivery, and business performance Contribute to wider data platform and automation initiatives Requirements Strong Power BI experience Strong SQL skills Experience with data modelling and DAX Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) Comfortable working end-to-end from requirements gathering to insight delivery You’ll be joining a team playing a key role in building a modern, unified data platform , helping the organisation move towards more automated decision-making and stronger business insight.
