About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Bussiness Development Manager to own and grow our sales in the Spanish market. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline building to negotiation and closing — while strengthening relationships with existing clients and expanding our market footprint across Spain and Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Drive sales of (products/services) in Spain and the Southern Europe region, meeting annual and quarterly sales and collection targets set by the company.
  • Develop and execute the regional sales plan; proactively acquire new clients while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing ones.

2. Client Development & Management

  • Identify and develop potential customers through market research, industry trade shows, and client visits; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including needs discovery, solution quoting, commercial negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Regularly visit key accounts, track evolving customer needs, and drive satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Market Expansion & Channel Building

  • Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape in Spain and neighbouring markets; deliver market intelligence to inform product strategy and pricing decisions.
  • (If applicable) Develop and manage a network of local distributors/agents; define channel policies and drive channel-led sales growth.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and business events to raise brand awareness in the local market.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ product, supply chain, finance, and after-sales teams to coordinate resources, resolve customer issues, and ensure on-time order delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer information, sales opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM; submit sales weekly/monthly reports as required.

5. Other

  • Undertake additional sales-related tasks assigned by your line manager.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in (relevant industry, e.g. logistics/tech/manufacturing) is a plus.
  • Valid right to work in Spain (NIE/TIE), with full legal eligibility for full-time employment in Spain.
  • Native or C1+ Spanish proficiency (work-level fluency); fluent English is a plus; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Professional Skills

  • Strong market awareness and client development capability, able to manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract independently.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid EU driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently within Spain.
