Senior Business Development Executive (Birmingham)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join the firm in its Birmingham office, supporting its market-leading Real Estate practice.

This is a key role within the firm’s supporting the firms’ key groups, giving you the opportunity to be involved across the full marketing and bd mix, as well as provide coaching to junior team members.

The position offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to play a central role in driving strategic growth initiatives.

The firm is at a particularly dynamic stage in its growth, with a young and highly engaged Partnership that actively champions business development.

The team is involved in high-profile industry events such as MIPIM, and the CMO is currently shaping a new five-year strategy, where BD and marketing are firmly at the heart of the firm’s future direction.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading and implementing Marketing and BD plans
• Identify opportunities to build the brand reputation
• Run thought leadership campaigns
• Develop content for directory submissions, credentials and collateral
• Lead on pitch creation

The team is open to someone who is at the executive level, looking to make the step up and is able to work confidently as part of a team and autonomously. Professional services experience is essential for the role.
