Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise to support key business and technology initiatives for a growing risk and insurance organization. This role will work closely with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, and program management to drive requirements, process improvements, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams Translate business needs into clear user stories, BRDs, and functional specs Support initiatives across policy administration, claims, and underwriting workflows Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions Assist with UAT planning, execution, and validation Identify process improvement opportunities within P&C operations Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain expertise P&C packages such as duck creek or Guidewire Experience with policy, claims, and underwriting processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
