Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible Extension W2 Only No C2C Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements. This role requires strong expertise in business analysis, data analysis, requirement gathering, testing coordination, and stakeholder communication.

The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions while supporting project delivery and release activities. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Facilitate Business Requirements and System Requirements (SRQs) creation Conduct requirement reviews with stakeholders to ensure clarity, completeness, and traceability Maintain and update Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, QA/UAT, and Development teams Support software testing, debugging, and validation activities Identify project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and solution alternatives Participate in business strategy and portfolio-level discussions Provide project status updates related to progress, issues, and risks Facilitate meetings with business and technical stakeholders Coordinate release activities including occasional weekend support Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing Top 5 Must-Have Skills JIRA expertise Data Analysis Requirement Gathering Testing & Coordination of Work Additional Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Experience creating process flows, use cases, and business documentation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting enterprise applications and cross-functional teams Preferred Experience Telecommunications industry experience preferred Experience supporting monthly and quarterly production releases Exposure to QA/UAT coordination and testing support #J-18808-Ljbffr
