About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join my client in the payments space on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in shaping process design, driving requirements development, and working closely with senior stakeholders to support key decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process design and requirements development across business initiatives
- Support business plan development and RFP process management
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive approval and decision-making processes
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Produce hands-on documentation, including frameworks, requirements, and process documentation
About You
- Deep experience in process design and requirements development
- Business plan development and RFP process management experience highly regarded
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills
- Willingness to take a hands-on approach to documentation
