Job Description
Overview We’re looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and FP&A experience to join a dynamic finance team. This role is all about improving financial planning processes, leveraging Oracle EPM (or similar), and delivering high-impact dashboards in Power BI. Responsibilities Supporting and enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting through EPM tools.
Building interactive dashboards and reports that drive decision-making. Managing financial close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Partnering with finance, IT, and other business units to deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications 5+ years in FP&A with deep financial close cycle knowledge. Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Proficiency in Oracle EPM (or equivalent) and Power BI.
