Senior Business Analyst Contract Duration: Until 26 March 2027 Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week) We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile project, the Stamp Discount Scheme, aimed at supporting vulnerable customers while unlocking significant long-term commercial benefits. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business and technology across multiple channels and systems.

Day-to-day of the role: Lead business analysis activities across complex, interdependent workstreams involving approximately 10 integrated solutions. Elicit, analyse, and document business, user, and functional/non-functional requirements. Translate policy, operational, and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams and suppliers.

Work closely with delivery partners, including Salesforce and Accenture, to shape solutions and clarify scope. Support integration design across platforms, ensuring data, process, and customer journeys are clearly defined. Contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-based capabilities and support requirements definition for AI-enabled and OCR-based digitisation of postal applications and documents.

Engage a broad stakeholder group across multiple departments and facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders. Support key governance milestones and maintain clear traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex, enterprise-scale programmes.

Strong experience in multi-supplier and multi-system environments. Demonstrable experience of requirements definition across integrations and end-to-end customer journeys. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability. Desirable: Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-centric solutions, experience with AI-enabled automation and OCR-based document processing, and experience working alongside global system integrators such as Accenture.
