Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a UX Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions align with business goals while delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
• Lead UX and workflow improvement initiatives from identification through implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, IT teams, and vendors to drive process optimization.
• Support testing, training, documentation, and solution rollouts.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements based on user feedback and operational metrics.
• Coordinate small to mid-sized projects and manage priorities across multiple teams.
• Measure and communicate the impact of improvements on adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Proven track record leading UX and business process improvement initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, including business, applications, infrastructure, support, and vendors.
• Ability to drive change and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience with process optimization, digital transformation, and user experience initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and continuous improvement methodologies.
