At KARL STORZ, the Senior Business Analyst serves as a strategic leader within the IT organization, driving enterpriseâwide initiatives and delivering highâimpact solutions across HR systems, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors. This role partners closely with HR and executive stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives, while owning missionâcritical systems and leading transformation initiatives across a global environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR business stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions (Employee Central & LMS) Drive alignment between IT strategy and HR business goals across regions Collaborate on system integrations (SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite) Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection, and governance policies Serve as a senior liaison between executive stakeholders and IT delivery teams Facilitate workshops and present roadmaps and recommendations to leadership Perform advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and dashboard development to support decisionâmaking Requirements Bachelorâs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or related field 5+ years of handsâon SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central & LMS) Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite (preferred handsâon exposure) What Youâll Need to Succeed Strong decisionâmaking and problemâsolving capabilities using data and structured methodologies Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges Excellent time management and prioritization skills across multiple initiatives Strong listening skills and stakeholder empathy to translate business needs into solutions Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams What We Offer Opportunity to lead enterpriseâwide, highâimpact IT initiatives Exposure to global HR systems and crossâfunctional collaboration A culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth The ability to influence strategic direction within a global MedTech organization KARL STORZ Company Overview KARL STORZ is a globally recognized, familyâowned MedTech company dedicated to advancing minimally invasive surgical technologies.
