• Deliver projects for clients across various industries

• Take responsibility for eliciting, understanding, and translating requirements
\n
• Map requirements to Microsoft Business Application technologies
\n
• Rapid prototyping of client requirements
\n
• Drive early design decisions through entity modeling
\n
• Assist customers in mapping high-level business requirements to low-level functional requirements
\n
• Identify issues and opportunities for improvement
\n
• Challenge assumptions and identify risks with solutions
\n
• Influence stakeholders, ensuring requirements demonstrate business value
\n
• Conduct ‘Fit Gap’ analysis and process design exercises
\n
• Lead client workshops to scope and define projects
\n
• Manage the end-to-end requirements management process in Azure DevOps
\n
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote the BA function across the organization
\n
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business owners on requirements documentation
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Demonstrable Senior Business Analyst experience
\n
• Experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects (preferable)
\n
• Experience with no-code / low-code tools like Power Apps, Dynamics 365, etc.
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
\n
• Exceptional communication skills
\n
• Results-focused attitude
\n
• Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies
\n
