Senior Business Analyst Department: Business Services - Operational Change/Transformation Employment Type: Permanent Location: Bristol Description Purpose of the role: To provide analysis of, and help develop solutions for, business problems and initiatives. To provide guidance and support to other Business Analysts within Business Services and DACB. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the clear and accurate identification of business problems and requirements Production of appropriately documented, effective and measurable solution designs Clear communication with and to all stakeholders Data Analysis and Insights Assisting in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures Management and reporting of team workload and to assist in resource planning Mentor and develop junior team members, including on-boarding new starters Is also willing to take ownership on any other tasks and responsibilities as required ૫> #J-18808-Ljbffr
