Job Description
Drive financial analysis initiatives with RBC's Finance IT team as a Senior Business Analyst. Lead processes and engage with IT to support critical financial objectives and strategies. As a key member of the Finance Modernization group, you will take the lead on analyzing requirements and strategies that bolster the RBC US Strategy.
This role involves complete oversight of requirement delivery, from documentation to management, while focusing on City National Bank's functional needs in finance, data, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end documentation of finance processes and controls • Collaborate with IT teams to develop solutions aligning with business needs • Provide actionable insights to enhance US IT infrastructure • Identify and mitigate risks, promoting automation opportunities • Conduct requirement workshops ensuring clarity and accountability Requirements: • Experience with large-scale projects in financial settings • Strong verbal and written communication proficiency • Expertise in analytical skills for process mapping • Proven stakeholder management capabilities between Finance and IT • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred Shape financial processes and contribute to technology advancements with RBC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
