Job#: 3036682 Position Details Location: 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, MA 02108 (Hybrid model) Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension) Rate: $70-$72/hour Job Duties and Responsibilities Audit the current state of project communications to ensure alignment with the overall program roadmap and timelines. Draft and distribute high-quality communications including project briefings, status updates, stakeholder messaging, and executive presentations. Coordinate development and distribution of key materials such as announcements, reports, and newsletters.
Maintain and update project distribution lists to ensure accurate and timely stakeholder communication. Manage the project SharePoint site to ensure proper organization and accessibility of project documentation and deliverables. Review and recommend updates to BEST Program website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Monitor communication feedback channels and elevate complex issues or concerns to program leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency stakeholders to ensure engagement and readiness throughout the program lifecycle. Provide regular progress updates and maintain detailed documentation to support continuity and governance.
Required Qualifications Proven ability to quickly integrate into complex, fast-paced project environments and build credibility with large, cross-functional teams. Strong experience in project communications, public relations, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to draft professional, clear, and engaging business communications.
Ability to quickly learn program-specific terminology, processes, and organizational culture. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, along with digital communication platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid Work Model CTR operates under a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work a minimum of four business days per month on-site at CTR's Boston office.
