You will manage complex structural analyses, provide vital recommendations, and mentor junior staff. This position requires a strong emphasis on safety, detailed assessments, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Act as a bridge assessment expert and mentor junior staff • Review proposals and monitor consultant projects and junior work • Maintain records of load carrying capacity and emergency support • Evaluate oversized shipments and maintain Heavy Axle Load Database • Oversee bridge testing and apply live load factors as needed Requirements: • 10 to 15 years of railway bridge engineering experience • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • Licensed Professional Engineer required • Valid driver’s license • Master’s or PhD degree is an asset Lead impactful railway engineering initiatives with Adecco, enhancing safety and reliability across critical rail infrastructure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
