Senior BIM Modeler (MEP)

Job Title: Senior BIM Modeler (MEP) Experience 5+ years of experience in Revit MEP , with strong expertise in Drainage systems . Minimum 3 years of experience in shop drawings, BIM modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination in a senior role. Experience on international projects is preferred.

Education B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Additional Requirement Portfolio showcasing relevant Drainage shop drawing experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit MEP, with a focus on Drainage systems.

Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation. Perform clash detection, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and resolve design and coordination issues. Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and timely project delivery.

Support BIM coordination meetings and mentor junior modelers when required. Required Skills Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks. Strong knowledge of Drainage systems and MEP coordination.

Experience in BIM workflows, shop drawings, and clash resolution. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
