Join the UK’s premier parcel & post delivery company We’re looking for a detail‑driven, analytical Senior Billing Analyst to join our Billing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape, improve, and standardise billing processes within one of the UK’s most recognised logistics brands. What You’ll Do You will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely client invoicing, supporting month‑end processes, and improving billing solutions that help our operation run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate and timely invoicing with supporting documentation. Identify billing issues or discrepancies and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence. Support development and enhancement of billing processes, promoting appropriate tools and technologies.

Assist with implementation of new products, services, or billing solutions and ensure documentation is up to date. Support month‑end accounting processes, ensuring entries are accurate and properly backed up. Maintain documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

Perform checks and analysis of billing or financial data, following up on anomalies. Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to manage workloads with tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Experience in a finance role with understanding of month‑end procedures (advantageous).

Strong Excel skills and high numerical ability. Experience using SharePoint in a commercial environment (advantageous). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, large datasets).

VBA/Macro knowledge. A collaborative team worker who can support others and develop their Excel skills. Experience building SharePoint workflows (advantageous).

Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Strong ownership and accountability. Commitment to continuous improvement.
