What You’ll Do : Partner with Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into focused, deliverable item s.Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable microservices following DevOps and Agile principle s.Take ownership of end-to-end delivery — from design to deploymen t.Provide rapid production support, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solution s.Act as a trusted technical advisor for platform users, resolving queries and removing blockers efficientl y.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous platform evolutio n.Proactively address technical debt, and uphold security and vulnerability standard s.Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team cultur e.
What We’re Looking F or: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.Strong understanding of modern microservice architectures, HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gatew ays.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Cloj ure.Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Influ xDB.Proven ability to manage critical production incidents under press ure.Strong communication skills and experience working with geographically distributed te ams.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvem ent.
