Job Description

Job Title Senior Audit Analyst (Finance Leadership Development Program) Location Remote – Ontario Program Overview Multi‑year rotational program across Finance, with first rotation in Internal Audit lasting approximately 12–18 months. Responsibilities Participate in end‑to‑end audit engagements — planning, testing, reporting, and presenting findings. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and risk management.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand operations, challenges, and emerging risks. Participate in projects to implement agentic AI and robotic process automation to gain efficiencies in audit & internal controls workstreams. Support data‑driven audit approaches using modern tools and techniques.

Gain a 360‑degree view of the organization, setting a strong foundation for future rotations. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Demonstrated leadership and/or teamwork experience.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with strong attention to detail. Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Successful completion of required background checks. Nice‑to‑have Professional designation (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA). Big Four firm experience.

Experience with SOX, COSO 2013, and COBIT frameworks. Experience with large‑scale ERP and HCM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Business Central, Workday). Experience with agentic AI tools, digital assistants, or AI‑enabled workflow optimization.
