This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated matters, mentor junior lawyers, strengthen referral relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.

About the Senior Associate Family Lawyer Northern Beaches Role\n

As a Senior Associate Family Lawyer Northern Beaches, you will work with a respected team of family law professionals dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex parenting, property and financial matters
\n
• Conducting negotiations, mediations and litigation
\n
• Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
\n
• Advising clients on all aspects of family law
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n
• Developing referral networks and business development opportunities
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyersAssisting with team development and knowledge sharing
\n
• Delivering practical, commercially focused outcomes for clients
\n

You will enjoy significant autonomy while benefiting from the support of highly experienced family law professionals and a collaborative national team.

About You\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 7 years' post-admission experience (PAE) in Family Law
\n
• Experience independently managing complex family law matters
\n
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and litigation skills
\n
• Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
\n
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
\n
• Excellent organisational and practice management abilities
\n
• A commitment to outstanding client service and professional excellence
\n
