Senior Associate

Role Summary

Support accounting, financial reporting, and governance activities across SPVs, holding companies, GP entities, and management companies. The role focuses on entity-level accounting, financial controls, statutory reporting, audit coordination, and corporate structure management.

Key Responsibilities:-

Entity Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple legal entities and SPVs.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Maintain trial balances and financial records.
• Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Prepare entity-level financial reports and management accounts.

Corporate Structure Oversight

• Maintain legal entity structures and ownership records.
• Support cap table administration and investor ownership tracking.
• Prepare governance and legal entity reporting packages.
• Assist with restructuring, refinancing, and corporate transactions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and external service providers.

Audit, Tax & Compliance Support

• Support statutory reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate audit requests and supporting schedules.
• Assist with IFRS, Local GAAP, and reporting adjustments.
• Support tax compliance activities through data preparation and coordination with advisors.
• Maintain compliance trackers and reporting calendars.

Required Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, SPV Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, or Controller Support functions.
• Strong understanding of legal entity accounting and financial close processes.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial statements, and intercompany accounting.
• Exposure to audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting private equity or private credit structures.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional SPVs and holding company structures.
• Familiarity with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, administrators, and tax advisors.
