Location: Bangalore Shift Timing: 6:30 PM โ 3:30 AM (Night Shift) Work Model- Hybrid Experience: 3โ5 Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Programmatic Advertising Specialist with hands-on experience in Amazon DSP, DV360, and eCommerce advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on programmatic campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive performance and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns through Amazon DSP and DV360. Develop audience targeting strategies, media plans, and campaign setups aligned with business objectives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI. Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand campaign goals and deliver successful outcomes. Leverage first-party and third-party audience data for audience segmentation and targeting. Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights. Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and meet performance benchmarks.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in programmatic advertising and eCommerce marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Creative, Media Planning, and Account Management. Required Skills & Qualifications 3โ5 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising .Strong hands-on experience with Amazon DS P and Google DV36 0 .Good understanding of programmatic ecosystem, RTB, audience targeting, and attribution models .Experience working with eCommerce clients/brand s .Strong analytical and reporting skills .Experience with campaign optimization, performance marketing, and digital media planning .Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .Preferred Qualification sExperience with retail media networks and eCommerce marketplaces .Knowledge of ad verification, measurement, and attribution tools .Certifications in DV360, Google Marketing Platform, or related digital advertising platforms are a plus .
