About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to help lead and grow our MedTech service offering. You will take ownership of client projects, provide strategic advice, mentor project teams, and deliver high‑quality deliverables within agreed timelines. Responsibilities Lead and deliver cross‑divisional MedTech projects covering value & access, evidence development and medical communications.

Develop innovative approaches to evidence generation, value messaging and market access for technologies where traditional endpoints may not capture full benefit. Support business development initiatives: contribute to proposals, pitches, identify opportunities to expand existing and new client accounts, and manage your own pipeline of work. Provide strategic guidance and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Write and present scientific material for diverse audiences (payers, patients, clients, internal teams). Qualifications & Experience Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1) – biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health or related fields. Professional experience delivering healthcare consulting projects, with direct experience leading HEOR, medical communications, value materials or marketing projects; experience with MedTech is advantageous.

Strong scientific writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Excellent project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, high written accuracy, and excellent proficiency in English and numeracy.

Ability to manage client communication in both written and verbal formats and adapt to varied communication styles. Benefits Starting salary of £50,000 per annum and discretionary profit‑share bonus paid twice per year. 25 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays, with a holiday buy‑and‑sell scheme. Other Information Role type: Full‑time or part‑time permanent position, standard 37.5‑hour week (Monday‑Friday); part‑time alternatives of 30 hours per week available. Expected start date: September or October 2026, with flexible start dates available each month. Location: Global Headquarters in Cambridge, with additional offices in Manchester and London.
