The Opportunity Responsibilities And Priorities Create, maintain, and enhance databases used to track litigation claims, case developments, portfolio performance, and investment outcomes. Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reports, including claim summaries, valuation updates, and performance analysis. Participate in regular portfolio review calls with counterparties and external stakeholders to gather updates and maintain current portfolio information.

Develop, maintain, and refine cash flow forecasts used for valuation, pricing, and investment decision-making purposes. Collaborate with investment, finance, and legal teams to ensure portfolio information remains accurate, complete, and compliant. Verify funding requests against documented deployment schedules, investment approvals, and underwriting assumptions.

Support confidentiality compliance and disclosure requirements through close coordination with internal legal counsel. Assist with underwriting reviews by evaluating information provided by law firms, including engagement letters, co-counsel agreements, client intake documentation, and related materials. Conduct research and analysis of public information relevant to prospective litigation investments.

Support pipeline management activities, deal tracking, and investment intake reporting. Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives across the investment platform. Requirements 3–8 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, asset management, litigation finance, structured credit, or related investment environments.

Strong financial analysis and valuation skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Experience maintaining reporting frameworks, investment databases, and portfolio management tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of key deliverables. Comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams including finance, legal, operations, and investment professionals.

The Profile - Your Expertise Experience, Ability And Knowledge Experience within litigation finance, structured credit, asset management, lending, or investment-related environments. Strong understanding of financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and portfolio valuation methodologies. Knowledge of underwriting processes and investment monitoring frameworks.

Ability to analyse large datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across legal, finance, and investment functions.
