Job Description
Entravision AdTech Services (ATS) is scaling its Global Shared Services function and looking for a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to embed directly within the Finance team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role: you will design and own intelligent automation systems that reduce manual effort across FP&A, compliance, revenue recognition, and operational reporting while collaborating closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Development stakeholders.

You will work at the intersection of AI tooling and financial systems, building production-grade workflows on top of our existing stack (ERP, CRM, HRIS, T&E, etc.) and integrating emerging LLM-based capabilities through platforms like Anthropic's Claude, Python automation, and ERP scripting.
Key Responsibilities
- AI workflow design: Architect and deploy LLM-powered agents and automation pipelines for Finance workflows; GL reconciliation, accrual logic, SOX audit cross-referencing, billing anomaly detection, and advertiser concentration reporting
- ERP & systems integration: Build and maintain integrations between ERP, CRM, HRIS, T&E, etc.; including automated journal entry generation, amortization scheduling, and cross-system data validation
- FP&A tooling: Develop Python-based financial models, CLI tools, and Excel/Sheets automation (openpyxl, Apps Script) to support multi-entity reporting, revenue projections, and scenario analysis
- Compliance automation: Support SOX User Access Control audits, user access provisioning reviews, and exception tracking by automating data extraction and cross-referencing from Salesforce and NetSuite
- AI governance & documentation: Maintain internal documentation on AI tools, prompt libraries, and workflow specs; serve as the Finance team's internal advocate for responsible AI adoption
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical specs, and deliver production-ready tooling
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or automation roles - with at least 2 years working on AI/LLM-powered applications in production
- Strong Python skills: data processing pipelines, REST API integration, file automation (openpyxl, pandas), CLI tooling
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, GL configuration)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM integration (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or similar) for workflow automation
- Experience working in SOX-compliant or regulated financial environments
- Strong understanding of financial data models: revenue recognition, GL structures, accruals, multi-entity consolidation
- Comfortable working cross-functionally xqbhyrx with non-technical Finance and Legal stakeholders
- Exceptional English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Experience with our internal data systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SOQL, Flow, data export) for CRM/finance integration
- BI visualization tool for dashboarding experience
- Background in FP&A, audit support, or financial operations
- Exposure to HRIS, payroll, and T&E platforms
