About the Role
Our client, a major financial market infrastructure group, is expanding its Smart Automation & Agentic AI capability. We are looking for a Senior Smart Automation Developer to design, build, and industrialize intelligent process automation solutions.
The solutions are built on the Dataiku platform and its LLM Mesh, enabling the orchestration of data pipelines, application systems, and AI agents into cohesive automated workflows.
You will be a key technical contributor in a team actively shaping the automation standards and practices of the group.
Responsibilities

- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using Dataiku's LLM Mesh, implementing orchestration logic between AI agents, data pipelines, and enterprise application systems
- Industrialize automation solutions: version control, monitoring, deployment automation, and workflow governance
- Integrate automation deliverables with existing IT systems via APIs and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to define integration patterns and technical standards
- Contribute to the evolution of the Smart Automation platform: define architecture standards, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in LLM usage and automation
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development, process automation, and/or data engineering
- Dataiku certification: Developer or Advanced Developer level (mandatory)
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based workflows (Dataiku LLM Mesh strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering: prompt structuring, contextualization, and constraint management
- Experience in cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Fluent English (working language)
Profile We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who operates at expert level in workflow automation and Python programming, with a strong command of the Dataiku platform and data pipeline design. This candidate should be confirmed in API integration and prompt engineering, and hold expert-level skills in generative AI/LLM integration and the orchestration of automated processes, able to move fluidly between building the pipeline, wiring in the AI agents, and making sure the whole thing runs reliably in production. Working language: English.
