Role Description The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing activities. The role will include preparing financial statements, reviewing transactional accuracy, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. The Senior Accountant will monitor budgets, support cash flow management, and assist with statutory filings and audits.

This position also involves working closely with management to provide financial analysis, variance reports, and recommendations that support business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in core accounting functions, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support management reporting and decision-making.
• Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee invoicing and collections, and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation principles, and compliance requirements applicable to the apparel or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external partners, including auditors and consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications from CA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role, ideally within manufacturing, textiles, or retail, will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of GST Filing , TDS, ESCI & PF.
• Knowledge of GST Refund.
• Advantage if having export documnetation knowledge.
