Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting & Operations (Hybrid)

Location: Clearwater, FL

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support key accounting activities, analyze financial results, and help ensure accurate and timely reporting.

What You Will Do:

• Support the preparation and review of financial reports, analyze variances, and help resolve accounting issues in line with US GAAP and company policies
• Handle accounting activities related to inventory, manufacturing, revenue, intercompany transactions, and other operational areas
• Assist with internal and external audits, maintain accurate supporting documentation, and help ensure effective internal controls.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules throughout the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Contribute to improvements in accounting processes, reporting, systems, and documentation while assisting with special projects and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Exposure to accounting functions within a manufacturing or public-company environment preferred
